After Hours Support
The Mainframe Terminal room almost never closes. We have approximately twenty-five Mainframe direct terminals. We also distribute Mainframe printout 24 hours, seven days a week (excluding midnight to 8am Saturday and 1am to 8am Sunday.
A trip to the UCC Help Desk homepage is also a good bet for finding the information you need. You can even ask the Help Desk via email.

UITS Operation's staff are also available to provide limited support for Mainframe and Network problems. While we are not the Help Desk, our operators are available to help you try to resolve your problems. You can reach us at 486-2004.
