College: Heather is an exploratory major who has decided to pursue a career in the health field. She is currently in the process of switching her major to Allied Health. She doesn't know specifically what she wants to do for a career, but she knows she loves helping people and loves science so, Allied Health seems like an appropriate career choice.
Band: Heather picked up the flute in 4th grade after hearing an upperclassmen at the time give the best rendition of Greensleeves she she'd ever heard. She went on to play in middle school where she had her first taste of marching band and fell in love with it. In her sophomore and junior years of high school was drill instructor and finally in her senior year became Drum Major. She also switched to French horn her junior year due to a lack of french hornists in the band, but went back to flute and now piccolo for the UCMB. She hopes to one day be section leader and Drum Major of the UCMB.
Sorority: Heather is excited to have recently entered the sorority with her amazing Beta Pi class. (No drama just pi!) And hopes to one day become ritual chair for the Gamma Kappa chapter. She is a member of the Cool Family and her big Michelle Archambeau is the best big sister she could have ever asked for.
