College: Jess is a ninth-semester Nursing major with a minor in Business and Biological Sciences. She plans to graduate in May 2008.

Band: Jess has been in band since fifth grade, beginning with the flute and a few years later switching to the clarinet. She was also in the colorguard section of the Farmington High School Marching Band for three years and was a captain her senior year. At UConn, Jess has been in the colorguard section of the marching band for three years and is currently a UCMB manager. She was also in UConn's winterguard, Conncordia, freshman year and played clarinet in the concert band sophomore year.

Sorority: Jess has been an active member of the Gamma Kappa chapter of Tau Beta Sigma since Fall 2004 when she went through with the beta lambda class. She is currently serving as the Membership Chair.
